Cancellation Policy
We at Artemis Salon understand that sometimes schedules change and therefore request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours, or for which clients are a “No Show” for, will incur a charge of $25 per service, upon rebooking your next appointment.
Example: If you booked an appointment for a cut & color, it will be $25 for the cut and $25 for the color, totaling $50, when rebooking as compensation for the missed appointment (payable over the phone or in-salon while rebooking services).
Remember that if you are over 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time, it is considered a “No Show” and our cancellation policy will be in effect upon rebooking your appointment.
We value your and our time and feel that it is fair to honor the same policies we hold to our clients. We wish to maintain a positive flow within our salon space and ensure every client receives the absolute best in service. With that said, we deeply understand that accidents or emergencies can happen. For that, every Artemis Salon client is given 1 grace appointment a year for last-minutes scheduling changes.
Like most beauty and wellness industries, we will be requiring a deposit for substantial services. Examples being color corrections, extension installations and smoothing treatments. These more time consuming services often require our complete attention to detail, so a deposit will not only reserve your appointment, but will be applied toward your final ticket.
